Wholesale Coffi beans, roasted in Wales
You need Coffi that turns up when it should, tastes the same as last week, and gives your customers something to talk about. That is the whole job.
Ffloc Coffi supplies speciality single origin beans to cafées, restaurants, hotels, offices, delis and farm shops across Wales and the rest of the UK. Trade prices start at £20 per kilo, VAT free. No blends, no filler beans, no house espresso made of whatever was cheapest that month. Every Coffi we sell is from one farm, and every one of them cups at 80 or above.
Speciality is a score, not a word
Coffi gets graded out of 100 by trained cuppers. Eighty is the line. Below it, you are buying commodity Coffi with a nice bag. At eighty and above, it is speciality, and the grade is the only part of this industry that cannot be talked up.
Everything we sell sits above that line. Not a premium tier we keep back for the website — the whole range, including the decaf and including whatever is in the rotating slot that month. You shouldn’t be If you are currently paying speciality prices for something that hasn’t been nobody has scored properly, that is worth knowing.
Single origin only, and there is a reason for that
Most wholesale Coffi in the UK is a blend. Blends are easier to keep consistent, and easier to hide a cheap bean in. We went the other way. Every bag comes from a single farm in a single country, so what your customer tastes is that farm and nothing else.
That does mean the flavour shifts a little with each harvest. Some suppliers treat that as a problem to engineer out. We think it is the interesting bit. You will hear from us before a new crop lands, so you can dial in your grind and update your board.
We do not run a Coffi shop, and that is the point
Plenty of roasters do. A lease, a team, a grinder, an espresso machine and a queue out the door — all of it paid for before they have sold you a single kilo. It has to come from somewhere, and it comes from the price of your beans.
We put the money in the bag instead. No shopfront to prop up, no café taking the good stock on a busy Saturday, no minimum order dressed up as a partnership. Trade prices start at £20 per kilo and there is nothing hiding behind them.
The wholesale range
Whole bean, or ground to your grind setting. Three Coffis are permanent. The fourth slot rotates, so there is always something on the board your regulars have not had before.
Brazil
Rich and nutty, with chocolate and caramel. This is the workhorse. It holds its shape in milk, so if flat whites and lattes make up most of your sales, start here.
Colombia
Bright acidity, citrus, a floral edge underneath. Sharper and deepermore interesting than the Brazil. A gGood choice for as a filter and, good as a black espresso, and it gives your regulars a reason to ask what changed.
Peru — currently in the rotating slot
Fruity and floral, with a delicate, tea-like finish. Lighter than the other two, and it does well as a guest Coffi or a batch brew rather than your everyday espresso. When this lot sells out, something else takes the slot. Ask us what is next before you build a menu around it.
Colombian Decaf
Earthy and spicy with a full body. Honestly, this one caught us out. We brought it in as an afterthought and it became one of our best sellers. If your decaf is currently an apology, this fixes it.

How long it takes
Three to five working days from order to doorstep for a normal café order. Even if you are taking a quarter of a tonne or more.
Some suppliers lead with next working day. We are not going to promise that and then miss it in week three, when you have got a queue and no beans. Order on a Monday for the following week and you will stop thinking about it.

- Offices and co-working spaces
- Delis, farm shops and refill stores stocking retail bags

If you sell to people who like buying Welsh, the name does some work for you before the Coffi does. Ffloc Coffi is a Welsh company, run by Welsh people, and customers tend to smile at the name before they have tasted anything. That is worth something on a board above a bar.
How to get started
- Tell us what you sell and roughly how much Coffi you go through a week.
- We send samples, free, of the Coffis that suit your setup. Taste them on your own machine, with your own milk.
- Pick your beans, confirm your grind, and we set up your first order. Card up front to start with.
- Once you are established, you move onto 14 day terms. Reorder when you need to. No contract, no tie-in, no minimum term.
Most cafées settle on one everyday espresso plus the decaf, then rotate a second origin as a guest. It gives your team something to talk about at the bar without complicating the workflow. Croeso i’r ffloc.
More Coffis are landing soon
The range is growingetting bigger. New origins are already on the way, so if there is a country or a flavour profile your menu is missing, tell us. We would rather bring in something you will actually sell than guess.

Is there VAT on top?
No. Coffi beans and ground Coffi are zero rated in the UK. The price you see is the price you pay.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Three to five working days for a standard cafée order, seven for a quarter of a tonne or more. Free on 2K kg and over, which covers almost every wholesale order.
Can I get the Coffi ground?
Yes. Whole bean, or ground to your setting for espresso, filter, cafetiere or bulk brewer. Whole bean keeps better, so if you have a grinder, use it.
Is there a minimum order?

Do you supply retail bags for resale?
Yes. 225g bags in Colombia and Colombian Decaf, and Colombian medium/dark roast, whole bean or ground. Delivery on those is free from 10 bags up so they are easy to add to an order.
What about the decaf?
It is a Colombian decaf, it cups above 80 like everything else, and it does not taste like a compromise. Earthy, spicy, full bodied. Ask us for a sample and judge it yourself.
Can you help with equipment or training?
Not directly. We supply beans, not machines, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. If you are fitting out from scratch we can point you at people who do it properly.
