You need coffee that turns up when it should, tastes the same as last week, and gives your customers something to talk about. That is the whole job.
Ffloc Coffi supplies speciality single origin wholesale coffee beans to cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, delis and farm shops across Wales and the rest of the UK. Trade prices start at £20 per kilo, VAT free. No blends, no filler beans, no house espresso made of whatever was cheapest that month. Every coffee we sell comes from one farm, and every one of them cups at 80 or above.
Single origin only, and there is a reason for that
Most wholesale coffee in the UK is a blend. Blends are easier to keep consistent, and easier to hide a cheap bean in. We went the other way. Every bag comes from a single farm in a single country, so what your customer tastes is that farm and nothing else.
That does mean the flavour shifts a little with each harvest. Some suppliers treat that as a problem to engineer out. We think it is the interesting bit.
You will hear from us before a new crop lands, so you can dial in your grind and update your board.
The wholesale range
Whole bean, or ground to your grind setting. Three coffees are permanent. The fourth slot rotates, so there is always something on the board your regulars have not had before.
🇨🇴
Colombia — single origin filter and black espresso
Bright acidity, citrus, a floral edge underneath. Sharper and more interesting than the Brazil. Good as a filter, good as a black espresso, and it gives your regulars a reason to ask what changed.
🇵🇪
Peru — currently in the rotating slot
Fruity and floral, with a delicate, tea-like finish. Lighter than the other two, and it does well as a guest coffee or a batch brew rather than your everyday espresso. When this lot sells out, something else takes the slot. Ask us what is next before you build a menu around it.
🇨🇴
Colombian Decaf — wholesale decaf that is not an apology
Earthy and spicy with a full body. Honestly, this one caught us out. We brought it in as an afterthought and it became one of our best sellers. If your decaf is currently something you apologise for, this fixes it.

If you sell to people who like buying Welsh, the name does some work for you before the coffee does. Ffloc Coffi is a Welsh company, run by Welsh people, and customers tend to smile at the name before they have tasted anything. That is worth something on a board above a bar.
How to open a wholesale account
01
Tell us what you sell and roughly how much coffee you go through a week.
02
We send samples, free, of the coffees that suit your setup. Taste them on your own machine, with your own milk.
03
Pick your beans, confirm your grind, and we set up your first order. Card up front to start with.
04
Once you are established, you move onto 14 day terms. Reorder when you need to. No contract, no tie-in, no minimum term.
Most cafes settle on one everyday espresso plus the decaf, then rotate a second origin as a guest. It gives your team something to talk about at the bar without complicating the workflow.
Croeso i'r ffloc.
More origins are landing soon
The range is growing. New origins are already on the way, so if there is a country or a flavour profile your menu is missing, tell us. We would rather bring in something you will actually sell than guess.
Frequently asked questions
Where are you based, and how do I get in touch?
We are a Welsh company and all of our coffees are roasted in Wales. We supply across Wales and the whole of the UK, shipping direct from the roastery, so there is no trade counter to drive to. Contact us through the website at ffloccoffi.co.uk, email ffloccoffi@gmail.com, or call 07743 957930.
Do you sell blends?
No. Single origin only. Every bag is traceable to one farm.
What makes it speciality coffee?
A cupping score of 80 or above, graded out of 100. That is the industry line between commodity and speciality, and everything we sell is over it.
Is there VAT on wholesale coffee beans?
No. Coffee beans and ground coffee are zero rated in the UK. The price you see is the price you pay. If a supplier quotes you a lower number and adds 20% at checkout, compare the invoices rather than the price lists.
How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Three to five working days for a standard cafe order, seven for a quarter of a tonne or more. Small orders up to 5kg go tracked within 48 hours. Delivery is free on wholesale orders of 10kg and over, and on 10 x 225g retail bags and over.
Can I get the coffee ground?
Yes. Whole bean, or ground to your setting for espresso, filter, cafetiere or bulk brewer. Whole bean keeps better, so if you have a grinder, use it.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Wholesale bags are 1kg and that is the only wholesale size. Order one if you want to. Free delivery starts at 10kg. No minimum term and no contract to sign.
How do I pay?
Card up front for your first orders. Once you are an established account, 14 day terms.
How is the coffee dated?
Every bag carries a best before date. If you want the roast date for a particular lot, ask and we will tell you. We aim to send the freshest beans from the roastery, so you get the best of the coffee and the time to sell it.
Do you supply retail bags for resale?
Yes. 225g bags in Brazil, Colombia and Colombian Decaf, whole bean or ground. Delivery on those is free from 10 bags up, so they are easy to add to an order.
What about the decaf?
It is a Colombian decaf, it cups above 80 like everything else, and it does not taste like a compromise. Earthy, spicy, full bodied. Ask us for a sample and judge it yourself.
Can you help with equipment or training?
Not directly. We supply beans, not machines, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. If you are fitting out from scratch we can point you at people who do it properly.
Can I get a free sample before I order?
Yes, and you should. Tell us what you sell and roughly how much coffee you go through, and we will send samples of the ones that suit your setup. Free. Taste them on your own machine, with your own milk.
